This is not a deep tissue workout—it’s a mindful practice of noticing, unwinding, and recharging. Perfect for anyone feeling foggy, restless, or worn down by stress or screen time.

No experience needed—just come with curiosity and a willingness to slow down.

You’ll leave with:

  • Easy self-massage tools for focus and daily reset

  • A more regulated nervous system and relaxed body

  • A greater sense of body awareness and calm

What you need:

  • A chair or mat

  • Tennis or massage balls (or socks rolled up in a pinch!)

  • Towel or blanket

  • Optional: cozy layers for rest
