You already know that the "typical" way to do things isn't going to work for you. You wonder how people can actually get things done without this added feeling of overwhelm and stress. You've been told all of the tools that will "work" for your brain.

But you know they don't work, and you're frustrated and angry about it.

What these tools don't provide you is a reminder that everyone is different, and what you need is a combination of tools and the ability to shift and change, accountability, support, and understanding.

Have you said any of these things lately?

“I don’t have any free time!”

“Going to the gym makes me feel better, but I just can’t get myself there.”

“My space is a mess and I can’t focus, but I don’t know where to put anything.”

”I have so much to do, but I’m too overwhelmed to start.”

I get it. And I can guarantee you that you are not alone.

There's a way to create routines, maintain your physical space, know what to work on, and even take care of your mind, body, and soul and not feel so stressed and frantic all the time. I swear!

And you don't have to figure it alone either.

I've got the perfect program for you.

I’m Shannon.

I’m a Productivity and Organization specialist and a therapeutic yoga teacher. I specialize in working with neurodivergent people, whether that’s ADHD, chronic pain, stress, life overwhelm, transitions, or whatever is currently holding you back from allowing you to live the life you want to be living right now

I’m an avid reader (aka audiobook listener), dog mom, neurodivergent, iced coffee lover, anatomy nerd, who is constantly learning, growing, and shifting habits to find what works best for me and my life.

I help people like you make a daily plan, prioritize your time, and manage your ADHD in you daily life.

In this program, we'll focus on the most important parts of your life (and likely the ones that are feeling the most overwhelming and unmanageable) time, focus, space, and your self.

SELF

Self care is often completely forgotten about. Whether it’s movement, sleep, or remembering to breath. You’ll understand what you need to support you best throughout your days, and how to prioritize your time to ensure it happens.

Our space is a reflection of our internal environment. A messy, unorganized space can have an impact on our focus, time, stress, and feelings of overwhelm. In this program, you’ll start to get a handle on your space and learn what tools can help your space feel better and be more organized.

You probably feel like there’s never enough of it!

Learn how to understand YOUR time and how to make the most of it.

I know it’s easy to get distracted or get into hyperfocus, but it’s time to create more awareness around your focus and learn how to hone your focus onto the things that truly need it.

This program is for you if:

  • You are ready to let go of what you've been told "will work" and create habits that actually work for you.

  • You thrive in a supported environment.

  • You are excited to make positive and enjoyable changes in your life.

  • You're open to learning breathwork, movement, and meditation techniques that can support your daily life.

1:1 30 minute check in to plan and prioritize your week

Co-working Session

An hour of body doubling and support to get things done. Body doubling is proven productivity strategy for ADHDers. Often times, simply the presence of another is a gentle reminder to stay on task, especially with the tasks that are harder for you to get done.

End of Week Group Check In

Weekly Modules

  • Meditation and breath work practices

  • Short movement practices

  • 1-2 tools to try out on setting up your space, getting things done, and setting your focus

After 8 weeks, you’ll:

  • Learn how to prioritize your tasks

  • Learn movement techniques to help calm your body and mind, and even ways to utilize movement when feeling overly energetic

What I get out of our sessions is so multifaceted! She helps me calm my anxiety by being present with me as I face tasks I’m actively avoiding; she helps me stay on track when my energy threatens to derail me; she asks the right questions that help me observe my own processes, thinking, and behavior, which is crucial to my developing into a more productive person.
