Shannon Reilly is a Certified Professional Organizer®, RYT-500 yoga teacher, Certified Neurodiversity Coach, and Yoga Medicine Therapeutic Specialist. She blends ADHD-friendly strategies, trauma-informed organizing, executive function scaffolding, and therapeutic yoga to support clients navigating chronic disorganization, clutter, ADHD, burnout, and overwhelm. Shannon teaches workshops for schools, workplaces, community groups, and wellness organizations, and collaborates with therapists and care teams to support complex client needs. She is also the creator and host of Beyond the Checklist, a podcast offering nervous-system informed support for everyday life.
