Yoga teacher trainings for real humans—not rigid standards. Come deepen your practice or your teaching, in a way that actually fits your life.

For aspiring yoga teachers, dedicated practitioners, and teachers who want to deepen their skills and understanding.

The best teachers are those who show you where to look, but don’t tell you what to see.
