Therapeutic Yoga

The success of yoga does not lie in the ability to perform postures but in how it positively changes the way we live our life and our relationships.

SIGNATURE YOGA OFFER

Yoga for Neurodiversity — Therapeutic Research Project

My signature offering and the core of my Yoga Medicine® Therapeutic Specialist training.

This project is an in-depth, evidence-informed exploration of how yoga supports focus, emotional regulation, and resilience in neurodivergent adults — especially those with ADHD.

As part of this work, I offer private yoga sessions that integrate:

  • gentle, accessible movement

  • targeted breath practices

  • grounding + sensory tools

  • restorative or yin practices for regulation

  • nervous system pacing + safety

  • personalized home practices

  • reflective prompts and support

These sessions honor your energy, your capacity, and your lived experience.

You can participate fully as a private client, with no obligation to join the research component — or you can choose to be part of the study if you’re a good fit.

Your Tailored Yoga Experience

These sessions are not about performing yoga “correctly.”

They’re about connecting to your body, supporting your nervous system, and practicing in ways that feel grounding, sustainable, and safe.

  • Comprehensive Intake & Assessment: We begin with a discussion about your needs, sensitivities, movement history, and regulation patterns.

  • Personalized Practice: Each session is tailored to your goals — whether you want grounding, rest, strength, clarity, pain-supportive movement, or focus work.

  • ND-Informed, Trauma-Aware Approach: This work respects your pacing, sensory needs, and emotional landscape. We create practices that fit your brain and body — not the other way around.
