Yoga for Neurodiversity — Therapeutic Research Project
My signature offering and the core of my Yoga Medicine® Therapeutic Specialist training.
This project is an in-depth, evidence-informed exploration of how yoga supports focus, emotional regulation, and resilience in neurodivergent adults — especially those with ADHD.
As part of this work, I offer private yoga sessions that integrate:
gentle, accessible movement
targeted breath practices
grounding + sensory tools
restorative or yin practices for regulation
nervous system pacing + safety
personalized home practices
reflective prompts and support
These sessions honor your energy, your capacity, and your lived experience.
You can participate fully as a private client, with no obligation to join the research component — or you can choose to be part of the study if you’re a good fit.

I am a Certified Professional Organizer through NAPO. I’ve completed my Yoga Medicine Therapeutic Specialist certification, and recently received my Neurodiversity Coach Certification. I also have specialized training in hoarding, chronic disorganization, yoga therapeutics, and neurodivergence..
