Using grounding breathwork, gentle movement, and supported rest, we’ll create space to release tension and reconnect with calm. This class supports emotional regulation, sensory soothing, and gentle embodiment.

Perfect if you’ve been feeling overstimulated, wired, or worn out—and need a space to land.

No experience needed. Come as you are.

You’ll leave with:

  • Tools for rest and grounding you can use anytime

What you need:

  • A mat (or the floor)

  • Blanket (or towel)

  • Pillows or bolsters for comfort

  • Optional: eye pillow or weighted object for grounding
