Using bolsters, blankets, and gentle props, we’ll settle into a series of fully supported poses that encourage the body to release tension and the mind to unwind. Perfect for anyone feeling depleted, overwhelmed, or simply in need of a nervous system reset.

No yoga experience is needed—just come as you are, and let yourself rest.

You’ll leave with:

  • A calmer mind and soothed nervous system

  • Simple tools for rest you can use anytime

  • A sense of grounded presence and gentle renewal

What you need:

  • A mat (or the floor)

  • Blanket (can also use a towel)

  • Pillows (for support)
