Realigned Time is a gentle, ADHD- and nervous-system-informed approach to planning, follow-through, and pacing—without urgency, pressure, or productivity guilt.

This offering is for people who feel constantly behind, burnt out by systems that don’t stick, or disconnected from their own sense of time.
