Why Nothing Sticks (And What That’s Actually Telling You)

Have you ever found something that worked — a routine, a practice, a system, a habit — only to watch it fall apart weeks later? You’re not inconsistent or failing. Your nervous system and capacity may have shifted.

This workshop explores why “nothing sticks” when you’re overwhelmed, burned out, neurodivergent, or living in a body with fluctuating energy and needs. Instead of trying to force consistency, we’ll look at what your patterns are actually telling you — and how to build supports that adapt with you.

This is a space to replace self-blame with information, and pressure with practical, nervous-system–friendly tools.

What We’ll Explore

  • The “Nothing Sticks” Pattern

  • What Your Body Is Communicating

  • Capacity-Aware Habit Building

This Workshop Is For You If:

  • You’ve tried many routines, planners, habits, or systems

  • Things work for a while and then fall apart

  • You experience burnout, shutdown, or fluctuating energy

  • You’re neurodivergent, sensitive, chronically stressed, or overwhelmed

  • You want supportive strategies instead of more discipline advice
