What This Is

The Clutter Support Book Circle is a facilitated support group that uses a shared book as gentle structure — not homework — to explore clutter with compassion, curiosity, and real-life pacing.

This is not a traditional book club. You are not expected to “keep up.” The book is a tool, not a rule.

Best For

  • People who like shared language and learning

  • Reflective processors

  • Wanting structure without pressure

  • Those who benefit from meaning-making around clutter

What Sessions Look Like

  • Gentle framing and arrival

  • Guided reflection on a short reading section

  • Translation into nervous-system-aware, ND-friendly language

  • Group discussion and shared insight

  • One optional, curiosity-based experiment

  • Grounded closing

Participants who don’t complete the reading are still fully welcome.

Boundaries & Safety

This group is supportive and educational, not therapy or treatment. Sharing is optional. Photos are never required. Referrals are offered when appropriate.
