What This Is

Gentle Focus Clutter Circles are small, closed support groups designed for people who feel overwhelmed, frozen, or exhausted by pressure-based approaches to clutter.

This group prioritizes nervous system safety, choice, and sustainable pacing over urgency or productivity.

Progress here is defined by clarity, relief, and capacity — not volume or speed.

Best For

  • Feeling stuck, frozen, or shut down around clutter

  • Burnout, overwhelm, or chronic stress

  • Wanting support without pressure

  • Neurodivergent nervous systems

  • People who need slowness to move forward

There is no forced accountability and no required sharing.

Boundaries & Safety

This group is supportive and educational.

It is not therapy, crisis support, or hoarding treatment.
