What This Is
Gentle Focus Clutter Circles are small, closed support groups designed for people who feel overwhelmed, frozen, or exhausted by pressure-based approaches to clutter.
This group prioritizes nervous system safety, choice, and sustainable pacing over urgency or productivity.
Progress here is defined by clarity, relief, and capacity — not volume or speed.
