What This Is
The Soft Start Open Support Hour is a low-pressure, drop-in support space for people who want help with clutter but aren’t ready for a multi-week program.
This is not a class or a coaching session. It’s a professionally facilitated support hour focused on normalization, education, and gentle orientation.
You don’t need a plan. You don’t need momentum. You just need to show up.
Best For
First-time group participants
Feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure where to start
Wanting support without committing to a series
Curious about my approach before joining a closed group
Needing relief and normalization more than strategies
