Self Care for ADHD

Self-Care for ADHD is a compassionate, ADHD-informed course designed to help you create sustainable self-care practices that actually fit your real life.

This isn’t about perfect morning routines or adding more to your to-do list. It’s about learning how to support your nervous system, energy, and focus in small, flexible ways — especially on low-capacity days.

You’ll learn how to:

  • Build self-care rhythms instead of rigid routines

  • Work with fluctuating energy and motivation

  • Create gentle reset practices for overwhelmed days

  • Use body-based regulation tools you can do in minutes

  • Design “just-enough” care for your real capacity

  • Release all-or-nothing thinking around self-care

  • Create a simple self-care menu you can return to

  • Reset and repair when your self-care falls apart

What’s included:

  • Short, practical video lessons

  • Downloadable gentle self-care tools and worksheets

  • ADHD-informed strategies

  • Nervous-system-aware practices

  • Self-paced access you can return to anytime

This course is for you if self-care feels:

  • overwhelming

  • inconsistent

  • like one more thing you “should” be doing

Here, self-care becomes supportive instead of stressful.
