Hi, and welcome—or welcome back—to the blog here at Simplify Space & Soul.

 

If you’re new, I’m Shannon: ADHD coach, professional organizer, therapeutic yoga teacher, and passionate advocate for creating systems and spaces that actually work for you—especially if you're neurodivergent, overwhelmed, or just plain tired of trying to “fit the mold.”

After a bit of a pause, I’m re-launching the blog with a renewed focus on the real-life tools, strategies, and gentle encouragement you need to support your space, your time, your energy, and your focus.

Over the next week, I’ll be sharing a mini reintroduction: what I’ve been up to, what I do, who I work with, and the foundation that guides everything here at Simplify Space & Soul. After that, you can expect a new post every week—sometimes a helpful tip, sometimes a personal reflection, sometimes a favorite resource or tool.

Here’s what you can look forward to:

  • Supportive tools for managing time, attention, and energy—especially with ADHD or executive function challenges

This space is about connection, not perfection. You won’t find quick fixes or rigid routines here—but you will find flexible strategies, thoughtful reflections, and encouragement to meet yourself where you are.
