The Chakras the seven energy centers of the body. They are located along the spine (or the sushumna channel). Each energy center has multiple things associated with it - such as a color, emotion, challenge, organs, and more. When we think about the chakras as a whole, we want to think about keeping our chakras balanced.

I recently read a quote that said if you schedule a task the chances and likelihood of you completing it goes from 40% to 70%. I really do find this fascinating. Simply writing things down can increase your chances of completing your tasks. Why does scheduling increase the chances even more? There are a few reasons for that success rate.
