3 Body Cues That Signal Dysregulation is a gentle nervous-system-awareness tool that names three of the most common physical signals that show up when your system is getting overwhelmed or over-activated:
Shallow or rapid breathing
Jaw, neck, or shoulder tension
Restlessness or fidgeting
Instead of labeling these as problems, this guide reframes them as what they really are: your body trying to protect, regulate, and release energy.
